Valenti Retention ayaan@valentihq.com

Email and SMS that sells for UK fashion brands.

Flows, campaigns and Black Friday, built for Shopify brands on Klaviyo by someone who does this for 8 and 9 figure brands every day.

£165K attributed to email and SMS for DJK International, October to December 2025. Up 287% on the year before.

We had been through four UK agencies before Ayaan. None of them came close on communication or results, and every one of them cost us more. He runs our email like it is his own brand.

Where the money goes missing.

I sign up to UK fashion brands every week and watch what happens. The same three things, nearly every time.

The welcome email never sends

The pop-up promises a code. Nothing arrives. That is the highest value email a brand owns, and it is dead air for most.

Every campaign goes to everyone

Full list blasts. Deliverability slides, revenue per send drops, and the best customers quietly stop opening.

Black Friday gets planned in November

By then the list should already be cleaned, segmented and warm. Planning it late is how a brand leaves its biggest month on the table.

What I actually do.

The unglamorous work that turns a list into a revenue line. No dashboards you will never open.

The core flows

Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post purchase and win back. Written in your brand's voice, tested, and switched on within the first two weeks.

Campaigns

8 to 10 a month, planned around drops and restocks, sent to segments rather than the whole list. Black Friday campaigns are not capped.

Deliverability first

Sending domain, list hygiene and sunset rules sorted before anything else goes out. If the emails land in spam, nothing else matters.

A short Loom every week

What shipped, what it made, what is next. Three minutes. No 40 slide reports.

Fourteen days from yes to live.

Black Friday does not wait for a slow onboarding. The setup is built to be finished, not started.

Days 1 to 3

Full account audit, deliverability fixes, segmentation, and the Black Friday calendar agreed.

Days 4 to 10

The five core flows written, designed and built. You review copy once, not five times.

Days 11 to 14

Everything live and tested. First campaigns out. Weekly Loom starts.

If email has not made you three times what you paid me by 31 December, I keep working for free until it has.

I am taking a small number of UK brands before Black Friday so each account gets built properly.

Ayaan Atif

Ayaan Atif

Founder, Klaviyo specialist

Four years in email and retention. The last few of them inside agencies, building and running Klaviyo accounts for 8 and 9 figure brands, the kind with full retention teams and six figure email months.

Valenti is where I do the same work for UK fashion brands at the stage where email starts to matter and nobody has the time to do it properly. Same process, same standards, without the agency overhead.

I sign up to your list before I email you. If your welcome flow did not arrive, that is usually how we met.

Questions I get asked.

Do we have to be on Klaviyo?

Ideally, yes. If you are on Mailchimp, Omnisend or Shopify Email, the move to Klaviyo is part of the setup, and nothing gets lost on the way.

What does it cost?

A setup fee for the 14 day build, then a flat monthly. I put the exact numbers in my first reply so you are not sitting through a call to find out.

We already have an agency.

Then you will know within one three minute video whether I would do it better. It costs you nothing to find out.

How much of my time does it take?

About two hours in the first week for access, brand assets and one round of copy approval. After that, one short review a week.

Who actually does the work?

Me. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior learning on your account.

Is it too late for Black Friday?

Not if we start by the middle of October. After that I would build for Christmas and January instead, which is still the second best time to start.

Talk to me.
